Livstilshjelpen AS is a digital company that offers advice and guidance on various health issues.
The purpose is to provide health care to those who off various reasons are not able to get help in the traditional health service, those who are “not sick enough”, those who are interested in a more holistic approach to health issues and have tried “everything”, and those who need assistance and guidance to make changes in lifestyle and lifestyle habits.
Livsstilshjelpen is with that in mind, a supplement to any regular treatment that you receive in the health service.
Livstilshjelpen offers private consultations, courses and lectures. Everything is digital and you can therefore stay in your home while receiving health care guidance and advise.
The first meeting allows enough time to identify and talk about all health issues. A thorough mapping of physical and mental health, diet, physical activity, stress, and sleep is done.
We also talk about the motivation for contacting me and your motivation to take action in life, considering these health parameters. The first meeting is based on a questionnaire that you get access to when booking the appointment.
Questions about physical activity, nutrition and diet, sleep and stress are covered, and based on the information provided, individually tailored plans and advice will be prepared.
In the spring of 2024, physical consultations will be possible. In these consultations we also do a check of general
general physical shape, blood pressure, measurement of waist circumference and BMI (body mass index). These measures are used to calculate the possible risk of metabolic syndrome, which in turn can say something about the risk of, among other things, developing type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

About Livsstilshjelpen and about me as the founder of the company.A I have a background as a physiotherapist, health economist and dietitian.
In addition, I have additional training in obesity and various difficulties related to food and eating. I strongly believe that we ourselves can do a lot for our own health, both preventively, but also when our health fails and when various health challenges arise.
